CPD Activity Evaluation Self-Satisfaction Questionnaire

To evaluate CPD we utilise the structure provided by the: “Education, Audiovisual & Culture Executive Agency” of the EU’s, “Harmonisation & Standardisation of European Dental Schools’ Programmes of Continuing Professional Development for Graduate Dentists”. 

There are:

• 10 likert scale questions (Please score each statement from 1-10), 
• followed by 3 free text questions 
• and finally, 3 multi-choice questions about your specialty, type of practice, and year of graduation.
